05 / PUBLIC BUILDINGS

Façade cleaning.
Public buildings.

Public building facade cleaning with drones and equipment suited to each surface. Planning for access, working hours and pedestrian circulation.

OUR APPROACH

Exterior cleaning.
Planned for public spaces.

Administrative buildings, educational centres and public facilities have different access and usage needs. We assess the facade and its surroundings with the building’s management team. The proposal defines the areas to treat and the arrangements needed to coordinate cleaning with public services, circulation routes and opening hours.

BEFORE EVERY OPERATION

Assessment shapes
the method.

01

Assess the whole

We study the material, dirt, height and geometry of the façade to define the treatment's scope.

02

Organise the space

We coordinate access and schedules with the responsible team and mark out the area according to pedestrian movement.

03

Apply with care

We adjust the water and product to each surface and review the plan in light of the surroundings and weather.

PREVENTION AND EFFICIENCY

Care for shared spaces.
And for people, too.

Working on elevated surfaces with a drone from the ground avoids exposing people to height for those tasks. Where scaffolding or platforms are not needed, access equipment and its associated costs are also reduced.

Every operation still requires its own risk assessment, safety coordination and the permits applicable to the work and the site.

Safety, planning and savings

COMPLEMENTARY EQUIPMENT

The right equipment.
For every surface.

Coordination with the owner or the team responsible for the building allows every stage of the work to be prepared.

Cleaning drones

Cleaning façades and elevated surfaces where their geometry and access allow suitable drone operation.

20 m

Poles reaching up to 20 metres

Cleaning poles complement drone work in areas where they are suitable. Their maximum reach is 20 metres; we choose the access method according to the surface and the conditions of the operation. The 20-metre reach applies exclusively to the cleaning poles; the drone's working height is assessed for each operation.

BEFORE WE START

Facade cleaning: common questions.

How is work organised in a building open to the public?

We agree working hours, access and work-area boundaries with the person responsible. Alternative routes and temporary restrictions are considered where needed. The intervention depends on the space being organised appropriately.

What if the public building has heritage value?

Conservation becomes part of the initial assessment. We review the materials, the responsible team’s conservation criteria and the requirements applicable to the building. Drone use and treatment are selected case by case; not every feature or finish is suitable.

What information helps us prepare a quote?

Send us the location, photographs, approximate height and area, surface material and the areas you want cleaned. Include available access and working hours. This helps us assess the scope and whether a site visit is needed.
