Quote request form

When you confirm submission of the form, you provide your contact details, information about the property or facility and a description of your request. Any photographs or links you add are also sent so that we can assess the work and prepare a response. Sending photographs does not cause them to be published on the website.

Fields marked as required are necessary to process your request. Photographs and other optional fields may be left blank. You can also contact the team directly by email or phone.

Purpose and email confirmation

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, assess the services requested, prepare a quote and follow up on your request. The team receives an email notification, and you receive an automatic confirmation in the language selected on the page: Spanish, English, French, Portuguese or Arabic.

Legal basis

Processing your quote request is based on the steps you ask us to take before potentially entering into a contract. When you act on behalf of a company, we handle the enquiry on the basis of the legitimate interest in managing its professional relationships. Abuse prevention and form security are based on the legitimate interest in protecting the service.

Who processes the data

The information is received by the team responsible for handling your request. We use Microsoft Azure to host the website, process the form and provide the private storage needed to manage submission. Microsoft Azure Communication Services and the email services used by the company are involved in delivering and receiving the messages.

Processing by these providers is governed by their data protection terms and the safeguards applicable to international transfers, where relevant.

Retention

The request content and photographs are held temporarily in private storage while submission is processed and any delivery issues are handled. Technical security and duplicate-submission controls use only the data needed for that purpose.

The request received by email and subsequent correspondence are retained while the request is being handled and followed up, and for as long as necessary to meet legal obligations or address potential claims. Retention of this correspondence is separate from the temporary storage used to send it.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data and, where applicable, restriction of processing, the right to object or data portability. To exercise these rights, use the privacy contact below and identify the request concerned.
