Understand the surface
We examine the cladding, the condition of the façade and the type of dirt before choosing the product and application method.
02 / INDUSTRY AND HANGARS
Facade cleaning for industrial buildings and hangars using drones where feasible. Cladding assessment and coordination with the facility’s operations.
OUR APPROACH
For logistics buildings, factories and hangars, exterior cleaning must account for cladding, joints and nearby equipment. We assess which areas are suitable for drones and where other methods are needed. Access, loading bays and production areas inform a scope coordinated with the facility’s operations.
BEFORE EVERY OPERATION
We examine the cladding, the condition of the façade and the type of dirt before choosing the product and application method.
We assess which areas are suitable for drone work and what supporting equipment is needed, taking the structure's height and geometry into account.
We agree access, schedules and work area boundaries with the facility's use in mind.
PREVENTION AND EFFICIENCY
On suitable façades, industrial buildings and hangars, the drone lets us work on elevated areas from the ground. We avoid sending people up for those tasks and can reduce scaffolding, platforms and setup costs.
Every operation still requires its own risk assessment, safety coordination and the permits applicable to the work and the site.
Safety, planning and savingsCOMPLEMENTARY EQUIPMENT
An operation planned from the ground, with an assessment of the surroundings and weather conditions.
BEFORE WE START
Suitability depends on the finish, joints, fixings and condition of the cladding. We review these before selecting pressure, product and application distance. A localised test can help check the material’s response before extending the treatment.
This is assessed with the facility manager. Some areas may require temporary access restrictions, equipment protection or a specific working window. Planning identifies these conditions before work begins; uninterrupted operations cannot be assumed.
Send us the location, photographs, approximate height and area, surface material and the areas you want cleaned. Include available access and working hours. This helps us assess the scope and whether a site visit is needed.
