Every building needs its own plan. Technology is a tool; sound judgement lies in how the work is prepared and reviewed.

ASSESS
Understanding the building.
Review the materials, surface condition, dirt and surrounding conditions. This initial assessment helps evaluate the use of a drone and support from cleaning poles for each area.

DEFINE
Choosing the treatment.
Select the access method, product, pressure and application technique compatible with the surface. For heritage properties, the condition of the material and conservation criteria guide the choice.

APPLY
Put the plan into action on the façade.
Apply the treatment to the targeted area, using low-pressure spraying where appropriate and controlled water consumption. The team operates from the ground and keeps the work area clearly marked off.

REVIEW
Check the result.
Inspect the treated surfaces and check whether any area requires an additional review.

The preparation
matters too.
Drone cleaning with support from cleaning poles
Drone cleaning. The working height is assessed for each intervention, according to the building and operational conditions.
Supporting poles: a reach of up to 20 metres. This measurement applies exclusively to the cleaning poles, which we use as a complementary tool in areas where they are suitable.
Pilot training
A1/A3, A2 and STS training. Requirements are reviewed according to the characteristics of each operation.
Insurance and documentation
Professional liability insurance and preparation of the operational documentation required for the work.
Surroundings and weather
Before scheduling the work, we review access, activity around the building and weather conditions. The work area is organised from the ground.
