We serve homeowners associations, property managers, businesses and public bodies. We travel to customer premises throughout Spain and assess international projects according to their location and scope.
Supporting poles: a reach of up to 20 metres. This measurement applies exclusively to the poles. Drone working height is assessed for each job.

How we prepare for drone cleaningHow does drone façade cleaning work?
The drone applies water or the planned treatment to elevated areas. First, we assess the material, dirt, access, obstacles and surroundings. We select compatible pressure and cleaning products, and consider a test on a small area before starting work.

We assess residential buildings, housing developments, offices, hotels, industrial buildings and public buildings. Feasibility depends on the surface and the conditions at each location. We combine drones with other equipment where some areas require a different means of access.

Preserving the material takes priority. We review the condition of the façade, conservation requirements and any necessary permissions in coordination with those responsible for the property. Drone cleaning is not the same as restoration and is not suitable for every heritage surface.
Heritage building and monument cleaningHow much does drone façade cleaning cost?
The area, height, material, type of dirt, access, protection of the surroundings and equipment needed all affect the price. To prepare an assessment, send us the location, photographs and any approximate measurements available. The quote must specify the areas and treatments included.

For suitable work, it can reduce scaffolding installation, the use of access platforms and workers’ exposure to working at height. Comparisons must cover the same job; savings and risks depend on each intervention. We do not promise a fixed percentage for every project.
