Inspection
A useful image begins with a question
What to observe, where to record it and how to organise images to support a building review.
Define what we need to see
A visual inspection begins with a specific question. It may concern the visible condition of a roof, an area of façade or an exterior feature that is difficult to access. Agreeing the components and details to observe guides the capture and helps define the resolution and delivery.
Give each observation a location
The drone provides a closer view of elevated surfaces and records their visible condition. We organise photographs by area, with references that locate each observation. An overview provides context; a detail shot offers a closer look at the selected point. Video is included when agreed within the scope.
Deliver information that can be reviewed
The selected material and observation record are delivered according to the brief. Apparent cracks, wear or other visible changes can be documented to guide a later review. The record is useful when it connects the image with its location and the original question.
This information supports technical review and maintenance planning. It describes what can be observed in the images, within the agreed scope.
